More hops, more balance and more refreshment was the motto for this one. We set out to make a US-style pale ale, taking inspiration from our friends across the pond, but with just a bit less noise. Easy-drinking yet full of flavour, Mosaic hops deliver gentle pine notes combined with fresh citrus and stone fruit undertones from the Citra hops.

A pale ale with bags of character, befitting the daring pilot after whom we named this beer – John ‘Hoppy Hopgood’, the Deputy Leader of the Dambuster Raid – this beer is all about making the ordinary, extraordinary.
